This Policy covers the information that is collected when you use our products or services. Our services are provided under a contract with an organization (for example your institute or employer) and your organization controls the collected information. If you do not agree with this policy, do not access or use our products (the “Products”).



1. Information that we collect about you

We collect information about you, when you either use our Products or interact with our customer support.


1.1 System Account and Profile Information

If you are the system administrator, information such as name, e-mail address are collected by default including additional information such as physical address, telephone number that are submitted when your account is created.


1.2 End user information while using the Products

Information collected while using the product by the IT administrator can include information about you, your email address and/or username plus your device (computer, phone, tablet, etc.). Device details can include operating system, cookies, mac-address, IP address, device type, manufacturer, model number, driver, etc.


1.3 Information collected through customer support

Customer support is part of the service that is provided to your IT organization. In case you are experiencing any issues with our product, your IT organization may submit information regarding the issue. When you open a support ticket with us or engage with our support team; your contact information, logs, screenshots etc would be collected for resolving the issue.


1.4 Information collected when sharing logs

When you share logs for analysis, certain information contained in the logs such as user identity, ip address, e-mail, device information, etc. are collected.


2. How we use the collected information

How we use the information we collect depends in part on which Products you use. Below are the specific purposes for which we use the information we collect about you.


2.1 Audit and reporting

When you use our Products, the collected information is stored for audit and reporting purposes. This information is shared with the system Administrator of your organization. For example we use the device details to list the devices that have successfully onboarded to networks.


2.2 Inform you about the Services

If you are the IT Administrator then we send periodic communication to you regarding the new features and services.


2.3 Customer support

Information such as application logs, crash logs etc are used to resolve issues and respond to the your requests for assistance.


3. How we share the collected information

The information collected is accessible only to the IT Administrators of your organization.


We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.


4. How we secure and store the collected information

4.1 Data storage and security

We use cloud service providers to store the collected information. Multiple safeguards have been implemented to secure your information. While we have taken utmost precaution to safeguard your data, no security system is impenetrable and due to the inherent nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that data, during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care, is absolutely safe from intrusion.


Like many other websites, the SecureW2 website and Products also uses and stores cookie information. 'Cookies' are small pieces of information sent by an organization to your computer and stored on your hard drive to allow that website to recognize you when you visit. They collect statistical data about your browsing actions and patterns and do not identify you as an individual. For example, we use cookies to store your country preference. This helps us to improve our website and deliver a better more personalized service.

If your data is covered under the GDPR regulations then, you have the right to ask for a copy of the information SecureW2 hold about you. We may charge you for information requests to cover our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
